In the best interest of our valued unique gifts wholesale customers we have a few wholesale shopping rules that must be followed.

Our simple wholesale online shopping rules.

1. We reserve the right to change the wholesale rules anytime.
2. Damages must be reported to UPS by customer at 1-800-pick-ups If your wholesale product boxes look damaged or sound damaged refuse the shipment.
3. You must save packing slip and all packing material for damage claims
4. Wholesale orders have a $125.00 minimum or 25.00 service charge will apply (shipping cost is not included in minimum.)
5. You must Contact us at service@fairchildgiftcompany.com  before any claims process can get started.
