Wisconsin Indian Bread
Ingredients:

Vegetable oil
-
3 Cups flour
-
1/2 Tsp. salt
-
1-1/4 Tsp. baking flour
-
1-1/2 Cups water

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Liberally oil a 9x9 inch baking pan.

Combine flour, salt and baking powder in a medium bowl. Add water and mix well. The dough should resemble a thick pan-cake batter.

Transfer dough to the baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake 30 minutes or until the bread is firm. Increase heat to 450 degrees, and bake another 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
