Ingredients:

4 Pounds chicken wings

2 Cups flour

1 Tablespoon salt

1/4 Cup cornstarch

1/4 Teaspoon pepper

2 Cup water

1 Beaten egg

Oil for frying

Directions:
Cut tips off wings and cut in half. Combine 3/4 cup flour with 1/2 of salt and pepper. Put in bag. Shake chicken in mixture. Combine remaining ingredients; dip and fry. Drain on paper towel. Line wings in pan and put in low 325 degrees F. oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with sauce.
Sauce:

2 Tablespoons granulated sugar

2 Tablespoons soy sauce

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 Cup vinegar

6 green onions, finely chopped
-
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

2 Cups chicken broth

1 Cup sweet relish
Mix together in a sauce pan, cook on medium heat. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with wings.

Ingredients:

Directions:
*one and 1/4 cups oatmeal in blender for 60 seconds equals 1 cup oat flour.*
Coat chicken with mixed dry ingredients; dip into combined milk and egg. Coat again with dry mixture. Place in foil lined large shallow baking pan; drizzle with butter over chicken. Bake in preheated 400 degrees F. oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
