Cajun Pork Roast
Ingredients:

2 Pounds boneless pork roast

1/2 Teaspoon red pepper

1/2 Teaspoon ground white pepper

2 Teaspoons thyme
-
1/2 Teaspoon cumin
-
1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg

2 Tablespoons paprika
-
1 Tablespoon garlic
-
2 Teaspoons oregano
-
1/2 Teaspoon salt

3 Tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:
Rub roast with oil; combine seasonings and rub over roast. Place in shallow pan and roast. Bake in 350 degrees F. oven for 1 hour or until meat thermometer reaches 155 degrees F. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.

Country Pork Chops And Potato Bake
Ingredients:

6 Pork chops
-
1/2 Teaspoons seasoned salt (your favorite)
-
1 Can cream of celery soup
-
1/2 Cup milk
-
1/2 Cup sour cream
-
1 Package frozen hash browns, thawed
-
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
1 Can durkee french fried onions
-
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
-
1 Can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Brown pork chops in oil. Combine soups, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 can of onions. Spoon into 9x13 inch pan. Arrange pork chops in potatoes. Bake covered at 350 degrees F. fo 40 minutes. Top with rest of cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes.
